We quote before we start. No work begins until you approve the scope and price, and any change to that scope is confirmed with you first, in writing or by phone.

Payment is due on collection unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. Work carried out is guaranteed against defects in parts and labour. We will put it right if something we did fails.

Vehicles are kept secure while with us, but we cannot accept liability for valuables left inside. Please remove personal items before drop-off.
